1. General provisions

The ulga-psi.pl portal (the "Portal") is operated by InvestPoland Konrad Tyszkiewicz, based in Zielona Góra, Poland. The Portal provides information and educational content on the Polish Investment Zone (PSI) and special economic zones (SEZ).

2. Prohibited activities

Users undertake not to:

• Infringe the copyright and intellectual property contained on the Portal
• Distribute unlawful, hateful, defamatory or obscene content
• Send viruses, malware or other software that could damage the Portal
• Attack or attempt to take control of the Portal's technical systems
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Collect data about users without their consent

3. Contact form

By completing the contact form, the user consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of responding to the enquiry. The data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Data submitted via the form will be stored and may be used solely to respond to the user's question.

4. Information on the Portal

All information published on the Portal is educational and general in nature. It does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

In matters concerning an individual tax or legal situation, we recommend consulting a licensed tax adviser, lawyer or business consultant.

5. PSI calculator

The PSI calculator available on the Portal is an estimation tool. The results are approximate and do not constitute a final determination of the amount of tax relief.

The actual amount of relief depends on many factors and requires analysis by the competent authority in accordance with the Act on the Polish Investment Zone.

6. Disclaimer

InvestPoland Konrad Tyszkiewicz is not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in the information on the Portal
• Loss of data or interruptions in access to the Portal
• Tax or legal decisions made on the basis of information from the Portal
• Damage resulting from unauthorised access to the Portal
• The content of third-party websites linked from the Portal

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

InvestPoland Konrad Tyszkiewicz reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. We will inform users of significant changes by means of a banner on the Portal or by updating the date of the last modification.

8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes will be settled by the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of InvestPoland Konrad Tyszkiewicz.
